      On December 2, 2024, I had the timing chain replaced on my 2012 ***** Equinox at Heritage Chevrolet Buick, Owings Mills, ********. After service, I was told by the dealership that the engine was severely damaged due to a bent rod and needed a full replacement.?I took the vehicle to an independent, certified mechanic for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem and found that the timing chain had been improperly installed, leading to excessive oil consumption and internal engine damage.?This issue was directly caused by the dealerships faulty repair. I am requesting a full engine replacement at the dealership's cost and reimbursement for diagnostic expenses. The dealership has failed to accept responsibility to date.

      We have reached out to the customer requesting that she bring the vehicle back for inspection and provide us documentation from the other repair shop.  To date, we have not heard back from the customer and she has not brought the vehicle back to the dealership.  We ask that the customer contact us at her earliest convenience to schedule an inspection and review of the documents.

      The dealerships General Manager has spoken directly with the customer and arranged for ************** to approve a buyback of the vehicle.  The necessary paperwork has already been submitted to ************** and we are now awaiting their processing in order to finalize the buyback for the customer.

      You should not have employees who racially profile consumers especially via phone! I have a whole phone recording with your employee Kevin ******! The most disturbing things were said!

      Excuse me even after there fake fake manager sent me a fake letter of concernment about? Supposedly doing something about the constant harrassement advertizements? I am here to tell you in big bold LETTERS NOTHING WAS NEVER DONE AND STILL NOT DONE ANOUT THE CONSTANT HARRASSING ADVERTIZEMENTS!? I STILL KEEP CONSTANTLY GETTING?       After **************** original complaint, Heritage opted him out of all future communications in each of its systems, as well as the systems of any third party that sends communications on behalf of Heritage. At this time, a member of our organization spoke with **************** to inform him that he had been opted out and requested **************** contact us directly if he received any additional correspondence so that we may determine its origin. 

      After receiving **************** recent complaint, we were able to determine that a third party vendor had a duplicate entry for **************** at the same address, but with a slightly different name. This entry has now also been opted out of all future communications. We have reached out to **************** to verify what advertisement he had recently received, but have not yet heard back. Based on the information we have available to us, **************** should no longer receive any communications in the future unless he makes an inquiry at one of our locations.

      If **************** does receive additional correspondence or has any additional questions, he may reach out to me directly.

      I am rejecting this response try and understand until I dont receive any more of your advertizements I can not agree with you really? I have received numerous amounts of your ********* address,mile one and and? Until I can say for sure they stop comming then I can agree with you? To be honest with you I should have never received these,many harrassing advertizements from the start really?  ,,and all I can say is that I do not expect to receive none any more? And I have yet to hear from you ***********?  I did confer with one of there,lawyers? And was told that if I receive any more are one of the ways are too take a picture of the advertizement in  sections and send it to the  lawyers so they can see it? And try to do something about it? I should have never received there advertizements like this in the first place?

We have confirmed that **************** has been opted out from receiving future communications and have spoken with **************** advising him as such. If, for some reason, **************** receives any additional correspondence that appears to be from Heritage, we have requested that he forward a copy of such correspondence to our attention so that we may better determine where it may have originated.

      Whether you belive this or not I just received another harrassing advertizements as I am sending you this email? First of all I was never satisfied that they will stop sending me harrassing advertizements they are still sending me as if today and every time? I received another which they will? Continue on sending me constant harrassing advertizements? They will never stop sending me   harrassing emails? So every time they keep sending me these harrassing advertizements? I will show you and give you a taste of this aggravation and frustration that I feel every dsys to months? They keep sending mechareassing emails delibertly alot?
