    I bought and paid in full for a used Porsche from Porsche Towson Sept 24th. I have NOT received title to the car-by law it's 30 days they have to get me the title. At first they said just takes awhile between 2 states.. I said ok, then they said I didn't give them my insurance card, I still have the text.. They wouldn't let me drive the car off the lot without giving to them. Then they said I didn't sign power of attorney paper.. idk if I did.. but sent to me and I signed and sent back to them. Mt temp tags expire soon again. It's been 3 months and still no title. I can't get car inspected without registration in **. I called PA **** of transportation to see if title was being provided to Porsche today since they said they filed paperwork. There is no paperwork on file for this vehicle in ** the women told me. I just want my title to the vehicle!

    The response from the dealership sounds like the first time they heard about this, it was brought to there attention Oct 12th when I contacted my salesman about the title. With no resolve it escalated to the General manager ***** and the financial manager **** who we were told to deal with. Called him many times did not return any calls. On Dec 1st I was notified that I did not sign POA paper to transfer the title by *****-68 days after bought car and by ******** state law should have the title in 30 days from purchase. At first they said I didn't give my insurance info so couldn't transfer the title, but I found the copy they made in the paperwork for me. If they would just have been honest and said a mistake was made instead of months going by and trying to blame on me things could have been different. I did receive my title today Jan 5th. I think my complaint should be held against them because there is no reason to lie and take my time making many phone calls texts etc to resolve this plus they broke the law.
