    I had been attending this Podiatry office for several years. I was appalled when the company refused to wait in me because they stated I was late for the appointment. I called the Podiatry Associates number and told the reception that I was running late. She informed me that I was automatically given a 15 minute grace. When I arrived at the office close to the fifteen minute grace period but not exceeding it , there was a line of approximately 4 people and one receptionist was taking the information and payments. Eventually another person came to the front and started to help customers. When I got to her area she told me I had to reschedule because I had exceeded the 15 minutes grace period. I was livid because I knew I was in line prior to exceeding the grace period. She spoke to the podiatrist and stated he cannot see me because I was late. I insisted that I was at the office and in line prior to my 15 minute grace expiring. The person I was speaking to became abrupt and rude stating I was late. There's one thing in life that I hate being called and that is a liar. I went to my car and checked my ticket as it had the time listed of when I entered the parking lot and it was 5 minutes prior to the 15 minute grace period. I am a fairly healthy woman and I have no issues with walking therefore it is no way it would have taken me 5 minutes to park my car and proceed to the office. It's a shame that you can wait as much as 20 minutes to a half an hour or more for a doctor and they cannot accommodate you and then tell a lie on you. I have reached out to several upper administrative staff to lodge a formal complaint but have not heard from anyone and was told someone would call me back. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard a word from anyone in the company except the office person that basically called me a liar. What kind of company does business and customers like this? Shame on you Podiatry Associates. You're a disgrace to your profession.
