      Have been a customer of this establishment for a very long time.
      Maria, the previous owner, was always professional, friendly, courteous and cares about customer experience. The experience I received has always been superb.
      Not today. I was quoted a price of $180 for a balayage. Once the service was completed, I was told the price is $230. After just giving the hairstylist $30 tip - I was incredulous. But the most obnoxious experience was the attitude of the new owner - the facial and body expression was that of a mean girl and this was an adult. Instead of accepting the $180 like a good business owner would - because that's the price your employee told the customer - she thought it was fair to charge me $211; As a customer, $1 over the quoted amount was too much.
      Stay away from this place. There are too many other places that provide the same type of services without the mean girl attitude and condescending behavior to their customers.
