Brother’s Waterproofing does excellent work! The owner John was my point of contact on the business side. He recommended a structural engineer to review the project before and after. John also assisted me with financing, getting me a better rate than I would have been able to get through my own resources. He was always available whenever I needed any documentation, or anything explained. This was a huge job and Brother’s handled it. The project lead Mr C***** and his team of workers did an excellent job! They repaired cracks in my foundation
Installed carbon fiber straps and steel beams to support “bowing” walls. Installed a complete proprietary waterproofing system. Replace the landing and installed a new drain at the bottom of the basement steps. They even poured a new slab for my a/c unit to sit on. Mr C***** also modified the location of, and installed a new clothes dryer vent and hood. I got four other estimates before selecting Brother’s waterproofing. They were not the cheapest comparably however I am happy with my decision. I specifically waited to write wrote this review after a several rainstorms, and everything is “bone dry!” C***** and team went above and beyond to ensure every was done right and I was satisfied with the process every step of the way. They were very respectful, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. C***** and the other workers were always willing to answer any questions I had, and they also explained what was work was happening each day. A great company and group of guys! I can finally use my basement. Thank you so much Brother’s Waterproofing!!!

This is my 3rd project. I feel blessed to have met John his workers. I had my front cement steps and railing rebuilt plus an added touch. They check all the boxes for just good quality work in a timely fashion. Yes, I will use his service again.Brother's Waterproofing LLC

We discovered water leaking into our basement after a big storm in May 2024. Following due diligence, we had 3 waterproofing companies come out and John from Brother's Waterproofing separated himself from the competition. First, he is the owner of the company as opposed to a sales rep and his passion and enthusiasm was evident. Then he evaluated our entire basement instead of just the effected area (this included going into our crawlspace to detect black mold we didn't know about). Finally, he provided a quote on the spot.
When work began Chavez and the crew were prompt, respectful, and did excellent work. While working in the crawlspace they noticed some structural issues and quoted me the price to fix them on the spot. We ultimately went with 2 sum pump systems installed on 5 foundational walls along with 3 column supports and underpinning. I couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend John, Chavez, and Brother's Waterproofing for any basement water problems.Brother's Waterproofing LLC

I recently noticed my carpet was wet in my family room. I went to *****************t magazine and selected 3 companies. After the second contractor I made a decision to go with that company for a water mitigation system. As fate would have it John came to give a quote on the day I was expecting my job to be done. John gave us a detailed discription of what needed to be done and how he would approach it. I am a visual person and thus was able to better understand the problem and the method to correct it when John showed us the problem and showed us how he would fix it. His crew was efficient and respectful of my home. They were very neat in the way they worked and cleaned up after themselves daily. I’m sure they moved a ton of cement from my home. This crew was worth their weight in gold. I would definitely do business with this company again but hopefully not for this problem…perhaps their home improvementBrother's Waterproofing LLC

I had an amazing experience with Brother's Waterproofing LLC. This company and the people who work for it are phenomenal. I had a nightmare situation in my basement that consisted of frequent flooding whenever it rained and it was horrible. I called Brother's Waterproofing in 2023 and they gave me a quote but life happened. A year later I reach out and the quote was the same and they added in some great offers too! They helped me immensely. The work was done quickly, efficiently and these guys are the real deal. Very up front, respectful and they don't cut corners! They tell you like it is. I am so grateful to them for helping me with that nightmare I had and will definitely be using them again in the future if need be. You can't go wrong with this company.Brother's Waterproofing LLC
