    this company very unprofessional! They actually ghosted us since May when they came out and promised to do the work the second week of June I started calling last Monday the third wondering why they haven’t called. Give me an idea when they were coming the week of the 10th and then here Monday the 10th and they still didn’t call me finally after so many left message promises that I would get a return call John calls after 7 PM at night on June 10 and tells me he’s not gonna deal with me Stating I threatened to give bad reviews. The girl that was not great speaking English Misinterpreted the message, that’s for sure! He actually chewed me out!!!! I sure hope nobody else goes through something I did! Very, very rude and unprofessional and to leave a message with somebody that clearly cannot speak. English is definitely a problem.!!!

    Super busy, we did not respond to her in a timely matter based on our season.  Her first call when speaking with her mother, she said we were too expensive as she yelled from the background.  Call was ended.  Then they called again and we went out to inspect and gave her a 2-week lead-time for the work.  Prior to the 2 weeks you had called, eating up precious time with messages and threats before her job is scheduled.  I then called and told her I don't deal with threats, and she could find someone else to do her work.  Honestly, she can write what she wants, because as soon as people realize who she is and how she acts I'm sure others will do the same and walk away.  Obviously, she has a problem with giving folks that are not from the U.S. an opportunity based on her comments about English speaking people.  Again this shows her ignorance.  We have been in business for over 28years, don't need customers like her.
