    Tech came out to “fix” my hvac downstairs because heat wasn’t working. He did the work that took him about an hour, didn’t explain what the problem was but I didn’t complain because problem was “fixed”. Here we are about 5 days later and the problem is not fixed because my heat stopped working again. Called my home warranty company to re-open the ticket and recall the technician out. It’s been almost 48 hours and I haven’t heard from this company yet. Customer service isn’t servicing anymore.

    Hands down worst company. Stay far away from them. We were assigned from our warranty company but they did not fix the issue, promised to return, wouldn’t show, stopped answering our calls, wouldn’t answer American home shield’s calls, and fixed things that didn’t need to be fixed according to much better rated company that came out after. This was during Christmas time when a family with children were about to be without heat (our tenants).

    On Sunday July 30th, my A/C stopped working. Went through my home warranty, who assigned the service request to Lindsay Heating and Cooling. First, they accepted and expedited my request, which means they confirmed to come on Monday. Yes... next day!! Mr. Alec came out, was very professional and diagnosed the problem asap. My A/C was up in running in 5minutes!! Thank you, Mr. Alec!! I truly recommend Lindsay Heating and Cooling for the best cost and timely problem resolution.

    Please do not do business with this company. They will take your money and never perform the work. AHS contracted LINDSAY HEATING & COOLING LLC to repair my AC unit. LINDSAY HEATING & COOLING LLC did a diagnostic, ordered my part 3wks late then never showed up to do the work. LINDSAY HEATING & COOLING LLC never answered calls from myself or AHS. Please at all cost avoid contacting LINDSAY HEATING & COOLING LLC and AHS.
