    On Sunday, August 18, 2024, I contracted with Quiana Tours to take 50 children to ******, ** to ************************. We left at 7am and was to return at 9:00PM but due to bus breaking down upon leaving ************** within 10 minutes we were delayed. After our driver called back and forth to owner of bus, he was told to check transmission fluid and when he did there was none, then he was told it was some transmission fluid on the bus somewhere we all pitched in to help him find and upon finding he put in transmission fluid, and we proceeded. After an additional two-hour ride bus broke down again and at this time, we were in ************ Md. sitting on the side of the road for over an hour awaiting another bus. The fumes from the transmission fluid and smoke had made several of the children ill so they were really complaining while we were awaiting new bus to arrive. Once bus arrive which was the owner of the company and I myself enter to bus first I could smell a terrible odor of urine which really did not smell like human but more of cat or dog urine smell I asked him what was that smell and he stated, "What Smell"? After going back and forth with him I stated let's just get these kids off the other bus and get them home. We arrived at our destination @ 12:53AM. Parents were alarmed, waiting for hours and texting me back and forth which I have time stamped and over 13 texts showing time we arrived home and during the wait. One parent exactly drove and pick her two children up from the bus because she was afraid for them to be sitting on the side of the road. (I have her statement also and the bus driver can attest to her picking her children up at 11:00pm from ************. The next day I called and requested half our monies back due to everything we had to go through they offer us $300.00. I said No Way and I will be filing a small claims case.
