      I cant recommend Western Express enough! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but thanks to ****** ********** and ******, our experience was absolutely seamless.They handled all of our household goods with great care. Everything was packed securely, and not a single item was damaged or broken during the move. Everything arrived in the exact same condition it left in which speaks volumes about the attention to detail and pride they take in their work.A special shoutout to ****** who I believe was the shipment manager, who went above and beyond. He was super communicative every step of the way and answered all my (many) phone calls and questions without hesitation. His professionalism and responsiveness gave us peace of mind and made sure everything went smoothly from pickup to delivery.If youre looking for a reliable, respectful, and hardworking moving company, Western Express is it.

      Untrustworthy please do not use them because you will be left holding the bag. Western Express has taken over $27,000.00 from me in business alone. Now they are not responding to me because they do not want to pay me for my household goods they damaged during a long distance move. I’ve submitted all documentation they requested for damage claim three months ago and I’ve called the company numerous times and have emailed the company with my concerns and I get nothing. What do I need to do to recover my losses from them, because they are surely not responding to any communication from me?

      I went to work for this company western express I was promised 650 training pay false advertising more like 300 on top of that after pay when training was done was supposedly 1,500 another lie we was promised to be home on weekend me & my team partner without showering or money for food trucking company didn’t care all they wanted was their loads move from state to state they left me & my friend stranded in Mexico with no fuel to put diesel in the truck to make it home I spent 565 on fuel just to make it from New Mexico to Richmond Va we’re my vehicle was located at there terminal to get my car to go home I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone & they said they would charge me & my team partner for every mile we drove to bring there truck back to their terminal
