    Utterly unprofessional, unethical, deceptive, and insensitive describe my experience with One 4 Towing & Recovery. I phoned this wrecking company about my vehicle after learning from the police (whom I called to report a possible theft) that it had been towed. The representative informed me that I had to pay them "$175 in cash or through Cash App" and I had until 3:00 p.m. to retrieve my car, also, I had to first call to let them know that I was on my way. How odd that a business does not accept credit cards?! A few hours later I texted the rep and asked him if the charge would increase because I knew I was not going to be able to arrive by 3:00. He said no. I have text proof of this conversation. The next morning I called as agreed. The rep then informed me that I should arrive later in the afternoon (between 1:00 to 1:30) because he would not be at the location before then and it would take him at least an hour to get there. I explained to him that that was a gross inconvenience to me. His attitude couldn't be more flippant. I had to sit in a restaurant for two hours before I eventually called an Uber to take me to the recovery site. Upon arrival at a very secluded location surrounded by scrapped vehicles, wired fencing, and a lot of bush, I met the representative who informed me that the charge was $285, and that I could pay by credit card. He then added that a $10 fee for the use of their credit card machine was included. Naturally, I was frustrated. There I was in this secluded lot alone in the rain with this most unprofessional man who was insensitive to my appeal concerning the added charges. I sincerely hope that no one has any business dealings with One 4 Towing and Recovery, unless they are forced to, in which case, I hope you are not short-changed.
