    Worst of the worst! I had someone come out to my pool to replace sand in my filter at our beach house. I come down to see it, almost 2 weeks later, and water is shooting out of the neck of the filter and there are two other leaks in two of the pipe fittings. Not only did they not tell me about this, but they never came back to repair what they broke. Seriously?? The lack of professionalism is appauling!! I wish I could leave negative stars. Super disappointed!

    We have used Patriot Pool Service for several years without problem. This season has been a different story. Patriot damaged the floor of our pool when patching an area in the hot tub and has refused to correct the problem - in fact sending us a $1,500 invoice! When we called to discuss the issue they were rude (including the owner Mike) and would not let us speak and said they are cutting off all service to us and refusing to correct the problem. He then hung up on us. It was disrespectful, rude and a ****. Every time we now call they will not answer or call us back. If we are unable to get a resolution with Patriot, we are going to be forced to have another pool company remedy the situation and then charge Patriot for the cost.
