  This team was very prompt and worked very quickly and effectively to determine the source of our issue. I highly recommend Avedon as a contractor for electrical issues.

  I am a repeat customer. In 2014, we contacted ******************** to assess a recurring sewer line back-up problem. A previous contractor had no success in clearing the drain and actually made the problem worse. Avedon was contracted to replace the sewer line from house to street. Absolutely no problems after Avedon completed the project. In late 2023, we experienced a major fire. Avedon performed the pack out and immediately secured the property. It appears the insurance company delayed payment to repair the property however, Avedon continued to keep us in the loop of the process. We recently financed the remodel of the property. Avedon was consulted and we decided to completely redesign the house. Once started, the demolition phase was expeditious. During the planning phase, all of the Avedon employees from ******** to office staff generated exceptional professionalism. The architect performed a miraculous job transforming a one-story rambler into a two-story house. We are one month into construction. The crew is moving at a lightning pace. The master carpenters and masonry expert have been performing well above expectation. I plan to amend this review upon completion of the project. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the Avedon staff and progress of the project. We fully expect the next review will remain in line with our initial assessment of the wonderful work performed to date.

  I was recommended to the company by a friend of the family who has ties with the company back in July 2023 due to an issue with water damage to my roof and wall. It is now February 2024 and the wall has never been touched. They retiled the roof but afterward there were new leaks in my home and they came out multiple times to assess but were never able to fix the issue. They say they will not touch my wall until the insurance company gives them more money, however the insurance company has already paid them for the wall and the roof and they keep asking the insurance adjuster for more money to pay their employees to which the insurance company said they are not responsible for paying employees. I had another consult to assess the roof again due to leaks and multiple consults say the roof was done incorrectly and Avedon does not want to redo the roof. They are contracted until the end of February 2024 and will be terminated afterwards as their work has been inept and the process has been tedious. In my opinion and my insurance adjusters, we believe them to be a fraudulent company. I would never advise someone to use this company unless they want to waste resources and time.

  We have been a customer of Avedon since 2011, after Hurricane Sandy caused severe water damage in our basement. Humberto recognized right away the strong smell of mold/mildew and fought with the insurance company to authorize a second remediation before starting the restoration process.
  Just recently, they have assisted us with a water damage claim for our secondary home in Georgia. They provided us with guidance and knowledge to help us navigate getting our home restored properly even though they weren't getting paid for the job. I can't thank you enough Avedon, USA for coming through for our family, not once but twice.

  My ceiling fan was poorly installed from a previous company. It broke and was dangling from the ceiling. I was very upset at what happened, please see the attached picture. I searched online for a company that could come out and repair it as soon as possible. I found Avedon USA.
  
  The two employees who came out, were very professional. They explained to me what they were going to do and gave me an estimate of how long it was going to take to complete the work. Once the work was completed, one of the employees went over everything with me.
  
  The office called me for a follow up to make sure that I was happy with the job, and I was. Avedon USA was GREAT!!! Thank you for a job well done. I will referral this company to anyone.

  This company is a fire chaser. They track fires with a scanner and show up with a very professional facade but once you began to deal with them all the covers come off. These people were hired to renovate a burned down 1 story rambler approx. 999 ft. I had to cancel the contract with them because they tried to take all of my insurance money for something that was unnecessary, Try to use my old bath tub, sent bills to insurance that I knew nothing about. Sent the/cc like I had agreed. Called an inspector when I knew nothing about it. So happened I came through. The inspector didn't allow the admin person to get away with what he was proposing. My husband was dying in the hospital around that time but it didn't matter to them. They tried to take me for all I was worth because they knew what the insurance company had granted. VONDA AND HUMBERTO WERE THE MOST CROOKEDEST VILLAINS I'VE SEEN. ANOTHER COMPANY HELPED TO BREAK THE CONTRACT BUT I HAD TO PAY AVEDON 60,000 TO WALK AWAY. THEY DID ONLY REMOVAL OF TRASH AND PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF INTERIOR.

  I recently had severe water damage to my home roof and garage interior. One call to Avedon USA and they responded immediately replacing the roof, damaged decking and trusses, and performed mold remediation in the garage, which included taping and repainting. Every person involved in the process from estimator to craftsmen on the job, where courteous, careful and skilled. Avedon owner Humberto G****** took the time to visit the job site several times to make a personal inspection and offer helpful suggests about the use of various products to properly complete the project. I am most thankful for the attention I received. Because of the positive experience I am now employing Avedon to build a second stand alone garage on my property.

  I beg and pray that you reconsider doing any business with this radio call chasing company!!! They were first on scene they heard house fire call over scanner, and they were terrible to my blind elderly mother!!! Worst company I’ve ever seen. Try anyone but them I pray that you receive this post before they get ahold of you and start writing all kinds of fake insurance claims and asking for more money!!!
