      I visited this location 11/10/22. After I paid ******* for new tags and title she then informs me that she doesnt have any tags at this location. She should have told me this prior and Let me make my decision to stay or go else where. She told me that she would input my information the next day. 2 days later I called her and she told me that she was waiting on the MVA to reply. I called the MVA myself on Monday (day 5) and I was told that nothing was uploaded. I called ******* to see if my tags were ready and she still told me that she was waiting on the MVA, I again placed a call to MVA on that Wednesday (Day 7) and was informed that nothing has been uploaded that their system is very simple and that ******* did not try to upload anything. I returned to the tag place Day 8 to get my money back so I could just go to the MVA. ******* held my Title, documents and took my money without even attempting to process what I paid her to do. She didnt even apologize for her incompetent behavior because obviously SHE WASNT TRYING TO HELP ME AND SHE COULD OF SAVED ME SOME TIME BECAUSE MY TIME WAS WASTED WITH NO EXPLANATION. BECAREFUL VISITING AND CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT LOOK LIKE HER SHE WILL NOT GIVE YOU GREAT SERVICE AS SHE SHOULD. ******* NEEDS A REFREASHER COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE EQUAL AND TO START, AND COMPLETE A TASK THAT PEOPLE PAY HER TO DO NOT JUST MAKE COPIES OF YOUR STUFF SO IT CAN JUST SIT IN A PILE FOR OVER A WEEK!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE

      Visited this location in the beginning of the month. I arrived an hour before they closed so ******* stated that she would upload information for my tags the next day. I assumed this was protocol due to my first time using this place. I didn't receive a follow up call the next day. So now Day #3 I had to call. ******* stated that she waiting on the MVA. Day #4 I visited the MVA in Person and they absolutely had NO Records for Me. The MVA clerk told me that its a very simple task, the only thing ******* would have to do is upload the documents and everything is received and done electronically. Day #5 and Day#6 still nothing. I called the main MVA in Glen Burnie they searched by vehicle information as well as my name, still nothing. The rep informed me that if "*******" attempted to input anything that they would be able to see and informed me to contact The Tag and Title place to see what's going on and I have other issues to call them back directly. Day #7 I finally received my first call from Jessica.. it only took her 1 week to tell me that there was an error with the mileage on the Title. ( MVA still had no records on the information). When I arrived at the office there was a lady ahead of me; ******* handled her with care and excellent customer service. The customer was able to get her tags on the spot with no Issues. I waited for about 20 mins and then I was acknowledged. Her demeanor immediately changed and her tone was very condescending. She told me the MVA rejected my tag/title information. I asked her for a case# or anything from the MVA that indicated that. She simply stated that she had nothing to give me other than a refund. I went ahead to accept the refund 1) ******* NEVER input my information for my tags NEVER 2) I had to pay first, and the job wasn't completed at all not even with an explanation 3) She held my Money and Title for a whole week for no reason 4) Extremely Rude with absolutely no Customer Service towards people like me.
