    12/29/23 We paid for an engine for a 06 Vibe, they said that we would have it ***** days from the day we paid the invoice. It is now almost 2 weeks and they are not returning our phone calls. If we call from different numbers they answer but not a second time. They tell us that there shipping department needs to get the tracking number. I'm in the freight business and know for a fact that it doesn't take this long to get a tracking number.

    I purchased an engine from them in May. When they finally delivered it to my mechanic it was the wrong engine( it was CARB compliant and my car is not CARB compliant.) They told me they would either replace the engine or send me a new cylinder head which would make the engine work. They kept telling me that they were going to do one of these but they never did. Then they blocked my phone number, wouldn’t take my calls, or return emails. Now I have an engine that wont work in my car. And they wont answer me via call or email.

    On April 7 2023 I paid rally Auto spares 450 for an engine I still have not received todays date is July 9 2023 on the web site states all delivery are made within 12-14 days it's been 3 months I've asked for a refund so I can get a engine elsewhere but I have been getting a run around from them I got to get some information on what is going on with the engine or where is my money an would like to be compasated for the inconvenience they been given me please

    Ordered an engine for a 2004  ******* *** at a cost oi $7050.00. They have not delivered the engine and do not answer the phone or emails. Wire transfer for funds.
