    Came out for a heating system malfunction through choice home warranty then proceeded to disconnect the faulty system, and never submit a diagnosis. 5 days later we are now left with no heat, it’s 37 degrees out, we have 2 small children including an infant and the situation is ridiculous. I tried contacting both Jimmy and the home warranty company multiple times and I’m now looking into legal counsel. Original claim date was almost 2 months ago and we are officially without heat at all now. Negligence is the only way to describe what happened here

    Jimmy from Barnett and Sons came out very promptly. This was in the height of the heat wave. He gave an estimate and said entire unit needed to be replaced (inside and outside.). Estimate was for approximately 5k! The estimate was only valid for 10 days.
    I got other estimates and they all said that just the condenser needed to be replaced. I had work completed in 1 day and total parts/labor was $300.00.
    Beware of this company they are scammers!!!
