    On March 22-2022 i paid for 2 inspections a home inspection and mold inspection done by a frame consultants LLC! Only in the basement underneath the stairs area was where he diagnosed with mold substance! Unfortunately the whole house was molded, I learned from multiple inspectors and contractors that came out to view and test for mold said that the whole house been molded for years ain’t no way that house pass inspection for a family, that it should have been sold to a contractor ONLY and it wasn’t no way possible that ***** ****** could have missed all the mold that was all over the house if he’s licensed, especially in the AC unit box and the ceilings! Due to a poor inspection report my children and I have lost most of all our things such as all our winter clothes/ coats & shoes, blankets purses dining & living room furniture and more! My Insurance company denied my claim because they said that it was to much mold for me to only have the house for 4months & that it was prior to my policy so they couldn’t help me! Due to this my children and I have been displaced as the house has been deemed unlivable. Also my son who is a severe asthmatic has suffered numerous asthma attacks, hospital visits and hospital stays since moving into the home. For these reasons and more I will like to file a formal complaint against A-frame consultants LLC and the owner ***** ******. I am available anytime of the day to discuss this matter in more detail.
