    I hired ********************* with Dream Home Renovations LLC to install 4 interior bedroom doors, a set of bi-folding laundry room doors and to retile my kitchen. They came in and did the door install. The left bi-fold door fell out of position a week later, The tile repair was never performed. I have reached out to **************** several times to schedule for the work to be done and the 3 times it was scheduled they never showed. I again reached out to **************** requesting to be reimbursed the payment that was prepaid for the work. He stated he had mailed the check and I should be receiving it in 3-5 days, that was on June 2, 2022. June 20th I reached out to **************** again and no response, June 30th I messaged **************** and no response, July 4th I messaged him again and no response, July 20th I messaged him again and no response.

    I was notified from ******************** on May 4th about not receiving Payment for reimbursement $400 for a backspalsh job we never got to. As results of this matter before when reached back on June 2, 2022. As we sent a check that was never cashed. We voided the check and I then heard back from ***.****** on May 4th and matter was resolved immediately for $400 payment back VIA **** ***. And she was notified and thanked for payment as I sent Verification. We also were never notified about any bi fold doors coming off. This is our disclosure of the situation and have handled. Thanks for sending notice on the matter.
