- A 20% deposit is required for all orders under $1000 and 50% for all orders above $1000. The deposit is due at the time the order is placed. Schools, churches or other large organizations should order by phone at 240-398-1562 if they wish to pay with a check. No personal checks accepted!Should you prefer to pay with cash at delivery a deposit is still required at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards and business checks for business events.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- To cancel after placing your order and signing the contract you must notify us a full seven days or more before the event date to receive a full refund of your deposit. The balance of your contract will be charged 8 days before the event and becomes non refundable at that point. Cancellations will receive a company credit valid for 1 full year from the date of cancellation.
Rain, high winds, extreme heat or snow ruin your bouncing fun as they each pose a different but significant danger to you and your guest.It is our responsibility to ensure your safety and as such we reserve the right to delay or cancel your event due to extreme weather conditions present or pending. It is a rare occasion, but it can occur. In such cases you will have 1 full year from the event date to use your company credit and reschedule. No refund will be given.
We are licensed, insured and registered to operate in DC, MD and VA and operate in accordance with the established rules and regulation set up for amusement equipment in each jurisdiction. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request for your event. - Business Categories
