Initial transaction was a transmission rebuild for my 2001  *** *****. They charged me $2,890 for the initial service and rebuild. during the rebuild process they fixed the master overhaul kit, torque converter and added/topped off my transmission fluid. (this was the only document given to me by the business. i was not given the proper warranty forms specifying the details of it. the only information is the stamped one year or 12000 miles on the bill). After receiving my car back 2-3 weeks later on 9/24/22 my transmission was still slipping and my transmission light turned back on. (refer to photos). Shortly after on 10/22/22 i towed my car back to the shop because all of my transmission fluid ended up coming out of my car and caused the car to overheat the night before. I went to pick my vehicle up on Tuesday 10/25/22. When speaking with fairly recently he has denies doing any work putting the transmission cooler on my car after doing the work when the vehicle was in his possession between 10/22/22 and 10/25/22.It is now 1/20/2023 and my car is back in the same transmission shop now for the same issue, my transmission fluid all dropped out of my car that caused the car to stop being able to shift while i was driving on 1/6/23. They have had my car since 1/6/23 and after speaking with fairly on multiple occasions throughout the first weeks of the new year he notified me on 1/20/23 that the transmission cooler was the reason the car lost all the fluid. after telling him that they were the ones to change it he denied and then went on to tell me after they fix my transmission again he is going to terminate my warranty. The business Clinton transmission Committed to rebuilding my transmission and the business has told me they would fix/rebuild my transmission. But they told me at the same time they would terminate my warranty which is 12,000 miles or 1 year; Its only been 4 months and about 500 miles. I received my vehicle back on 2/1/23 again with no receipt.
