    I hired this company to do a home renovation and the level of service and attention to detail was the worst I have ever experienced. There were several line items in the contract that were left unfinished. The crew would show up at different times and would either show up late or leave early. They rarely ever worked full days. There was one crew member in particular that would try to nickle and dime for items that were already discussed and included in the contract. The communication between the contractor and his crew was insufficient and rarely were they on the same page. The job was started by a real plumber and then finished by someone who that had "plumbing knowledge". After later inspection, the water pipe to one of the toilets wasn't even tied to the main water line. It was just stuck in the wall to make it look like it was connected. The other toilet didn't even have a water line ran to it. The carpenter spent more time running back and forth to his van drinking than he did working. He would show up in the morning smelling like he just left the bar. Beware of being asked for money before it is due so he can "pay my guys". I don't have enough characters to list and describe all of the discrepancies. Overall, the job was a complete disaster. I was so frustrated, ideally I just paid the contractor to leave so I could move on.
