    I asked the center director to pay a deposit to reserve a spot in the infant room for my child shortly after I found out I was pregnant in April 2024. I was given no information regarding the length of the waitlist or that the deposit I paid was nonrefundable and charged $150 on 4/24/24. It wasn't until after I completed the enrollment paperwork for my son on 1/12/25 indicating a start date of 2/17/25 that I was told by the center staff that there was not space available for him and that there were still several children ahead of him on the waitlist. I am now moving my children to another daycare and when I asked for a refund of the deposit I paid, I was told the fee was nonrefundable, referencing the enrollment agreement that I signed nearly 9 months after being charged the fee and before anyone mentioned anything about the length of the waitlist.

    To address your concern, we will be issuing a full refund on your deposit in the amount of $150. The refund will be processed back to the card we have on file. Once the refund is processed, please allow 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account, depending on your banks processing time.

    We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and enrollment process. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please dont hesitate to reach out. We wish you and your family the best in your new childcare arrangements.
