    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Flagship Collectibles for failure to fulfill their contractual obligations and lack of communication regarding the sale and payment of my merchandise.On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, I finalized an agreement with Flagship Collectibles to send my products for auction, with the understanding that they would sell them and provide payment accordingly.Per our agreement, I shipped the products on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at 22:47, with full tracking information. According to the shipping records, both boxes were delivered on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 18:43. However, Flagship Collectibles claimed they did not receive one of the boxes, despite tracking confirming delivery.On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 23:05, I was informed that the knives would be sold in the next auction. This was the last response I ever received from them. Despite multiple follow-ups via email between August and November, they have completely ignored all further communications.I sent 146 knives valued at approximately $2,000, and Flagship Collectibles has neither returned the unsold items nor provided any payment for those that may have been sold.Resolution Sought:I demand immediate action to resolve this matter. Specifically, I expect:A full accounting of my itemsconfirmation of whether they were sold and for how much.Immediate payment for any sold knives.The return of any unsold knives.

    Good morning,

    There are several different points that I would like to address.

    1. Customer stated they would send 50 knives. Then stated they had sent 153 knives. In the end, I received one box with 24 knives. Customer never sent an inventory/list of what was sent.

    2. Customer stated they sent two boxes via ****. Only one box was received. If a second box was sent, it was not received, and this would be an issue that customer would need to address by filing a claim with USPS.

    3. The *********************************************** November. They sold for a total of $114. After commission this came to a payout of $85.50. This payment was mailed to the name and address that the customer provided, in November.

    4. It is worth noting that upon review, it was determined that the knives were not Damascus steel knives, as advertised by the customer, but were composite steel knives intended to appear as Damascus knives. 

    5. Upon review, I do see that the $85.50 check has not been cashed. I can gladly send a new check, or send payment digitally if customer prefers.
