    The only downfall is ANCHOR PHARMACY. ANCHOR PHARMACY is terrible. I gave the intake nurse the name and address of the pharmacy I always use. However when the pharmacy I use didn't text me to pick up the medication the day of the appointment. I called the doctors office back the next day and was told the medication was sent to ANCHOR PHARMACY. Not a problem. I was open to giving them a try since they already had the prescription. I can wholeheartedly say Anchor Pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy. It's taking them over a week to fill my 5 year old prescription. In fact as I write this the medication still hasn't been delivered. They lied several times stating the medication would be delivered when it wasn't. In fact Brianna stated she would personally drop the medication off at 6pm on Tuesday, Jan.17, 2023 and that was a lie. Brianna never showed up. Unless the medication is being shipped from a Holiday Inn in South Africa....there is no excuse for this egregious delay. Never use ANCHOR PHARMACY they are extremely unprofessional

    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have to leave 2-3 messages each time in the hopes somone will return my call. I order CPAP supplies from Anchor Pharmacy. They do not automatically ship what I need each time I am eligible to get new supplies, they promise to ship supplies and do not follow through, I have to nag them to get my supplies, and there is never a live-person answering the phone. Very poorly run business.
