    On April 4, of 2022, Maximum Concrete sent me a Revised Proposal Contract, identifying the agreed upon concrete work to be completed at my home. A deposit of $1,625 was due at the signing of the contract and $1,625 due after prep work and another $1,625 at completion of the work. I have been in contact with the contractor, by text and phone, on many occasions. He would promise to schedule me for the work but he never did. I, then requested a refund on numerous occasions. I was promised that I would be refunded my initial payment. To date I have received no refund. On August 11, 2023 I was promised my refund within 30 days. On September 11th I, again made contact and reminded him that 31 days had passed. He appologized and continued to promise a refund. I have not received a refund and he continues to promise to refund me. I have copies of the texts as additional proof to support my claim.

    Prior to the settlement of the matter in question, I attempted to maintain truthful and frequent communication with the customer in question. I refunded the customer’s deposit in full on September 29, 2023 in the amount of $1625 via *****. The confirmation number associated for the direct transaction from **** ** ******* is *********.
