      I have tried to connect with Carroll County Servpro owner **** ******* multiple times by calling the mainline and via email to discuss invoice sent and compliant I have about the increased cost over original estimate.Had ServePro come remove drywall from basement ceiling and dry wet area from toilet leak in first floor. Paid $1064, as down payment and 1/2 of work. Part 2/2 came in on statement for an additional $2416 ($3480 total). This is more than 75% over the original estimate ($2128). The work performed and value of service does not warrant $3480. Would like to have the price adjusted to $2128 total.

      This gentleman went to you quickly. He was frustrated because his bill was higher than expected. He only called asking to speak to the owner who is out of town this week. Nobody brought it to my attention until this morning's meeting at 8am then I saw he filed this complaint hours later and I never had a chance to see what occurred and make it right. It was an accounting error that I was able to find and correct once I looked into it. I spoke to him and this should be resolved. He said he would be calling you to remove his complaint. Do I need to formally resolve or is there a thing called withdrawn if he does indeed follow through and call you.
