Hello, I had contracted JPS Contracting Services in 2019. Work was completed in September of 2020. Last spring of 2022, I received a notice from the ********* *** *** ******** Company saying that I had an illegal circuit box hook up. There was no inspection done by *** upon completion of installation of the breaker panel. *** said they will terminate my power because it is hooked up illegally. *** also noted it was shoddy work done outside. Mr. ***** told me to contact the electrician named Scoot. I have contacted both Scott and John ***** several times over the last year and a half and the electrician has not returned to my home. I also addressed some concerns over some of the work that was not to my satisfaction and nothing had been done. My main issue at this point is to get the electrician out to correct the work and for the contractor, John to get in contact with *** for the inspection as only the contractor can request the inspection.

    Hello,
I am not sure about a warranty. I will have to call Baltimore County Inspector on Monday to see if he knows about a warranty. This work was a contract to repair my home with a program in Baltimore County Housing. And as far as the circuit breaker panel, with or without the warranty, it is imperative that Mr. ***** schedule the inspection by ********* *** *** ********. By Mr. ***** and his electrician failing to get the inspection done in 2020 after the circuit panel was completed my gas and electric is considered an "illegal hook-up".

In regards to Mrs *****s complaint, We have attempted to contact *** multiple times to finish the New service hookup. The electric work done by my electrician was inspected by Baltimore County inspection officer and proved the work done correctly, There was no shoddy work done.

We have sent multiply pictures and request to *** for them to Finish the work on there end... We have finally received confirmation that *** finally has Mrs ***** on their schedule. Mrs . ***** has been notified of that schedule.

As far as any other shoddy work. We have no written or oral record of any complaints. Mrs. ***** said her Garbage disposal was not working. It can only be something stuck in the unit or a breaker has tripped. I feel as though Mrs***** has a valid complaint against *** for their lack of scheduling but its really unfair to complain to the BBB about shoddy work when we were never alerted to the garbage disposal issue until last week. All in All *** is the problem here. and they blame everything on Covid is is long gone as an excuse ...

If any one would like to speak with me personally my number is ###-###-####
