    Why would you all start charging an early checkin fee. How much more greedy can you be than to charge someone for a room that they booked 20$ more to check in early? What are you seriously doing with a clean room for an hour and a half that costs $20? The room is clean and waiting to be occupied; however, we cant check in because its not 3pm. Ok, so its 1:24pm. Thats 1 1/2 hours. We already paid $440 for 5 days of stay. Why we cant go ahead and check in is ridiculous and greedy on the part of your corporation. You all need to do better by the people staying. This is not the ************ or ***************. How much greed are you going to let get in front of your bottom line. There is no excuse for this charge.

    Me and my fiance used to always stay at the Days Inn and spent ALOT of money there. Until one day when they charged us even though we did not stay and when we tried to cancel we weren't allowed to. They are also false advertising very badly. They have signs all over the hotel about a certain amount of points you get a free night. Well we have passed the amount multiple times and still have yet to get a free room. All we ended up getting is a bunch of lies. Its absolutely ridiculous.

    Our brands are committed to assuring that all of its properties provide great service and quality accommodations. This guests comments have made us aware of an instance when one of our properties did not meet a valued customers expectations. 

    We regret that the guest had to contact you and our office regarding their concerns with the property. Each property is independently owned and operated under a franchise. This means that the propertys management is responsible for meeting brand standards and for day-to-day operations.

    Day's Inn Wyndham shows clean update dining area, 96 updated /remodeled rooms. The website says non-smoking, shows a beautiful pool area and overall well kept grounds.This hotel is worn, smoky, pool is in total disarray and overall horrific for a weary traveler.There are people/families who reside on a permanent basis in the hotel, cars/boat in the parking lot without licenses plates. There are many in and out people coming from the back parking lot at all hours. Hallways are smoky. We had 2 king rooms 201 and 301. The commode in ***************************************************************** the toilet bowl.I discussed the issues with the hotel manager (after we left): she sated they are remodeling, there are a handful of permanent residents for various reason, the boat belong to one of those residents and so on. She claims they clean the parking lot daily. She said they aren't allowed to change the photos online.This hotel need investigated for a lot of issues. If it is being run as a residence don't advertise as a hotel for guests. Don't claim to be a hotel chain/brand name. Don't falsely have the photos showing a much nicer hotel.

    Very pleased to learn the Wyndham Hotels Field Operations staff will follow up with the property. (An unannounced drop in weekend visit/overnight stay to really soak in the experience).
