    First **** is a host of my student loans. They are refusing to admit that they bought my weeks ***** loan. They are refusing to look into the fact that my school loans should be forgiven due to misconduct and fraud. This was a lawsuit from 2021 that was implemented in 2024. I've been emailing and communication with them the best I can buy they are harassing me and my family constantly. They refuse to send me any paperwork that I said I agreed to them taking my loans and raising my prices.

    I spoke with a representative and was lied to. They said they do not own any of the loans but in fact they do. They cannot and have not produced any documentation to support that I have outstanding loans with them outside of the computer saying so.

    This complaint is being filed regarding an alleged charge-off reported by FM/SVCD TRST under account number ending in *****, with a balance of $22,112.00. I have no personal record or recollection of ever entering into any financial agreement or contract with this entity. Under 15 U.S. Code 1692g, I have the right to request full validation of any alleged debt, yet no sufficient documentation or original signed agreement has been provided to confirm the legitimacy of this account. Additionally, per 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b), data furnishers have a duty to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of all information reported to consumer reporting agencies. FM/**** **** has failed to demonstrate compliance with this legal requirement. Given the severity of this reporting and the high balance, this may be the result of a data breach or misidentification, especially considering the growing number of breaches impacting consumers today. No meaningful attempt has been made by this furnisher to resolve the matter. Therefore, I am demanding the immediate and permanent removal of this unverifiable and inaccurate tradeline from all credit reports.

    I refinanced the loan through a separate lender (HESAA) because of lower rates. FirstMark Services purchased the initial loan from *************. ***** disbursed the payments on 4 notes to FirstMark on 2/5/2023 total $43,356.46. I received 4 letters stating that the loans were PAID IN FULL. I am currently making payments to ***** for the refinancing. On 2/28/2023, FirstMark reversed the payments. The loan is active, accruing interest and late fees. I've spoken to double digit customer service representatives and supervisors. No one has any idea as to why the payments reversed. In addition, I was assured that follow up, including resolutions would occur within ***** hours of my initial inquisition. I have received no communication other than notices of my account being delinquent. It is extremely frustrating that a lender reverses payments with no regard for the borrower. I was not contacted with respect to this action. However, as a result of their reversal, I was contacted about my account being past due. Had I not received that communication I would have never realized what transpired. I immediately logged into my account and noticed the reversal.     I am rejecting this response because:
    I am currently waiting for reimbursement from FirstMark for the overpayments that I made to keep the account in good standing while FirstMark processed the refinance payments and backdated the checks.  Once I receive the reimbursement then I will accept the response from FirstMark.

    I am the co-signer on thr÷ student loans with Firstmark Services. I recieved a interest statement for a loan that I pay the lowest amount on. I called Firstmark Services because I never received that staments for the other two. They said that interest does not have to be reported to the IRS. I don't understand yhat interest was reported for one, but not the other two, the ones I pay the most money
