    They quoted us a price for the move and charged us double that price they also were told that not everything goes and they packed everything anyway they piled boxes to the ceiling 8 foot tall and packed also two sheds floor to ceiling in both sheds…I am 5’ tall and can’t reach them…I talked to them about this problem and they refunded $700…after doubling the estimate…shameful service…plus I am 70 years old…I know it was a mistake to trust them but they are disgustingly rude to take advantage of me

    On July 23rd our estimator did a free onsite non-binding
    estimate for Mrs. ******** and quoted 5 men at $350 per hour with a 10-hour
    minimum, but also noted that all work is done by the hour. He quoted $3,900.00
    for packing, but noted packing all by the hour plus box price (estimate attached).
    It was difficult to do the estimate as they are “collectors” per the customer.
    Mrs. ******** was charged $14,721.00 for her move on 8/1.
    When we reviewed the paperwork in the office on 8/2, we noticed an error where
    the packing labor was charged twice so we immediately refunded the $4,025.00
    that was overcharged (documentation attached). Also, on 8/8 we refunded an
    additional $700.00 in good faith to try to satisfy the customer. On 8/13 we had
    a meeting with Mr. & Mrs. ******** here in the office to explain the
    charges and work with them as we could not discuss anything with her via the
    phone as she would not permit us to reply without interruption.
    Mrs. ******** states that boxes were stacked 8 foot tall
    which is not correct (we will attach the photos sent by the customer to show
    that is not the case). Also, two of our employees offered to go free of charge
    to move boxes and take things to the dump for them and they refused.
    Mrs. ******** has been posting all over social media deceptive
    comments stating we charged $14,700.00 without providing that there was an
    adding error that was refunded the following morning after her move to degrade
    our company, nor does she state that we refunded an additional $700 as well.
    She also does not state that they sat on the sofa the whole time our crew was
    packing and did not once let them know they were packing items they did not
    want packed.
    At this time, we have no idea what can be done to satisfy
    the customer and have exhausted all options on our end.

    I have additional items to send but am only allowed 5.
