      I placed a $2,000 reservation deposit (via credit card) on June 10, 2025 for a new 2025 Toyota Camry that was in transit and expected to arrive at the dealer within a few weeks. The salesperson (****** *******) confirmed that the deposit was 100% refundable if I changed my mind for any reason. I notified the salesperson on June 19, 2025 that I no longer wanted the vehicle because I had purchased another vehicle elsewhere. ****** informed me that the refund was being processed and check will be sent out. However, as of July 1, 2025, I have not received my refund and I have attempted to call the dealer over 10 times and I have only been transferred from one department to another and asked to leave voicemail. I believe this dealer is withholding my deposit fraudulently and is clearly a breach of contract and trust.
