      This company was supposed to help with my Apple Computer that was out of warranty coverage for 3 years and help for 2 years which I paid ****** I am retired and live on a fixed income. ****** was NOT in my budget. I have attempted 4 times to contact them via phone only to go to voice mail and NO response. I have emailed them requesting my money be refunded no response. This is nothing but a rip off. If my money is not refunded I have NO issue taking this company to court

      I SENT THIS COMPANY AN EMAIL ON 09/09/2024. AND RECEIVED A RESPONSE THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED IN A FEW MINUTES...NO CALL OR EMAIL WAS RECEIVED

      Nov.2023 , after being on hp web site trying to get printer to work, a hp box popped up and ask if he could help, they did get printer working , told me about their help/protection plan which I did purchase. Couple weeks later had trouble with Bank app and bank suggested I have computer scanned. Could not get ahold of ADH by phone or email. Took computer to a computer store. They took program off of computer and put malware back of which ADH had taken off, said the program looked a little sketchy. Have tried ever since to cancel policy. Either don't answer phone, voice mail full or get tec guy and he tells me someone in customer service/billing will call back, which usually does not happen. Sent a couple emails with not answer. Just a lot of run around. On 4/16 was told by Eric a check would be mailed in a day or two. Called again on 4/24 and was told no, it takes 16-18 working days to issue a check, still no check. I have kept notes on all the calls I have tried to make, made, and conversations I have had with Leo & Jake.

      I contacted All Day Help as my printer was not working. They told me they could help me and would send a new printer for $599, so I gave them my Visa #, but they said they could not process my card until I signed a contract, which I never did. I told them on Thursday, August 11th that I had changed my mind and would not need their services. My card was then charged $599 on August 11th.
