I took my tractor to be serviced by Our Family Auto on 2/6/2023, the required a down payment of $750 down to begin repairs. They advised the truck would be ready in 2 days. During the time they had the vehicle, they advised that they broke a clip or a part, they then charged for the part they broke, and added additional days and costs on to the repair. We picked the truck up on 2/10/2023, which was a weekend. The next working day, 2/13/2023 the check engine light came on and on 2/14/2023 the vehicle began experiencing the same issues we took it in for repair. Vehicle had to have a mobile mechanic come to the vehicle for diagnosis and further repairs. Per the notes from the mechanic that fixed the issues: When Got DPF Cleaned; When it was put back together they broke the wires &some wires. Clamps melted DPF gasket wasn't clamped correctly. Truck has limited power. Repair DPF Gaskets and System. Replace Melted and Burned Sensors. We reached out to Our Family Auto on 2/16 and spoke to Pete. Pete said he would pay for the repairs and he just needed a few days to get the money together. We emailed the invoice detailing the repairs and got no further response from Pete or Our Family Auto Repair.
