    My clarification is a long series of events that I would like to tell someone 

    I am not a typist by no means and would never be able to do in 30 minutes

    After a verbal estimate, (which the customer negotiated to a lower price), Mr. ****** agreed to have our technician perform the requested pest control work. He watched the technician perform the work and then offered him a cash compensation which was less than the estimated cost. Our technician refused the lower payment, (adhering to company policy), and told Mr. ****** that an invoice for the agreed-upon amount would be mailed to him.  The customer returned the unpaid invoice, with a handwritten note of refusal to pay.

    I am rejecting this response because: I want arbitration with them so the BBB can hear my side of the story the correct one 

    the person writing the BBB was not there and only knows what the tech remembers from the from Aug 3 2023 amidst all the people he meets.

    I had misplaced this receipt which shows no charges to any unauthorized work were expected and nowhere did I say or agree to Bill me terms and conditions.

    The job ticket/receipt the customer received was an acknowledgement of work performed. He was given a verbal estimate and mailed a computer-generated invoice based on the treatment listed on the job ticket. The work was completed at a discounted rate and the customer is fully aware of this. We see no reason to continue this back and forth. The customer owes $125.00 and his account is now 120 days past due. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: The verbal estimate I received was after he walked down the side of my house opened the outboard boat motor engine hatch and pissed off the bees and came close to getting us both stung, he started squirting them in self defense I took a long step back for I could have been allergic and than like nothing happen said whats next. we went under the back porch I showed him where they were and he did it again pissing off the bees squirting them again in self-defense,  We walked back up to the top of the driveway and that is the only time he said a price (125.00) and that is when I questioned him about the estimate before work was preformed he never gave that chance which I asked for in the beginning.  I never offered him as they say money, I only told him another comany charging 80.00. We walked to his truck he was scrambling thru his clip board turned and said " This is you lucky day " not sure what he meant he closed his clip board proceeded to get in his truck. 2 months later is when I received the first invoice until then never gave it a second thought. I am not paying what they are asking because of the way they are doing business as I have said before in one of my responses. they go in before any verbal agreement is made and the homeowner is a their mercy.
