    A group of us rented 22 Cabins. Every year for the last 19 years. This year four of the cabins were infested with bedbugs. The business was aware, yet they still rented these cabins out to us. The owner has ignored our emails. A campground employee left a laughing emoji at our comment on the *** FB page. The owner and employees are negligent in the fact that they are not properly maintaining the cabins. Still renting them out to unware guest, making them victims. The employee **** asked us, if we have experienced bedbugs in the past, why do we continue to stay here! The Manager ****** checked out my cabin K101 and said that her special bedbug flash light showed no signs of bedbugs and that it was ok to stay.All four cabins infested with the bugs K101, K1, K16 and K18 want a full refund! We have had to thriwcaway linens, pillows, blankets, dog beds and clothes.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have the pictures that clearly document the bed bug infestation. *** continued to rent out the cabin knowing that they had bed bugs. The renters that stayed the following weekend send me pictures of the bedbugs along with pictures of bites that they have received. The manager moved them into another cabin. The business is liable and dies meet health code regulations.  

    There are so inaccuracies in *** *** letter to you. He has done nothing but call me names and make up false allegations towards me and my group which is confusing since my family considered *** *** a friend. We campaigned for him as well. Which makes me wonder if this is a conflict of interest on his part.

    I am only asking for what is right. My full refund and the $10 that the business kept for me canceling my reservation which is a year away.

    I have stayed at *** for the past four years. I have never asked for a refund. That is another inaccuracies.  

    I left a message with ******* with BBB. I'm waiting to hear back from him, regarding further actions that will be taken if not resolved.
