    - Ordered the grounding sheets on January 15, 2024. At that time, the website guaranteed a full return if unsatisfied within the first 90 days (as shown on the attached screenshot). - I did not notice a difference when using these and emailed them May 8, 2024 to request the refund. They had recently changed their return policy to 30 days, but requested that they honor the policy from when I ordered them. I received them on February 8 (the date I took the screenshot I've attached). Had their policy been to try them for 30 days I would have done so, but since it wasn't, I decided I'd give it the full 90 in hopes that I noticed a difference with the grounding. - They responded a month later, apologetic, and said they'd forward the request along. I've since followed up monthly and received one other response with a nebulous "clearly we have fallen short of customer satisfaction" and no resolution. Nothing since July, despite my follow-up emails.

    - i ordered the item on March 2 -Did not arrive until March 20th -The grounding sheets did not work, I used a frequency device to check to see if they were working and it did not change. (April 19th)- on May 5th returned the item within the return time frame. I paid for the shipping myself ($18.60). Just simply asked for a refund. - Item was delivered on May 7th Tracking- ********************** No refund was given and no one reached out so on June 10th I reached out to the company. Sent them a photo of the return receipt and they said they would look into it. - 3 days later my package arrived in the same packaging I sent it in, had not been opened. - I politely emailed the company multiple times and never got a response. They have not given me a reason or communicated. I told them I was going to report them and still did not hear back.

    I shipped back my purchase (Order #AFS29977) and have not received a refund or credit. I was looking to purchase a larger item, but am not interested anymore due to nonresponse. I did not receive an email back since June 10. I had acknowledged to them I will be mailing back and they responded with the address. Since then, I have not received a response after my shipment was mailed back nor the refund.Please help me with a response. Thank you.

    Amount of money paid to business: $149.99
    What the business committed to provide: AuraGrounded Fitted Sheet with 30-night trial and "Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges." Direct from their website: "We offer a 30-night trial for our grounding sheets. If you're not completely satisfied within those 30 days, you can return the product for a full refund."
    Nature of Dispute: I followed their instructions to return the product for a refund - Returns must be initiated 14 days from the date of receiving. To start a return, contact their support at *******************. I received the product on June 15, 2024. I contacted them on June 26, June 28, and July 2 and have not heard back from them AT ALL.
    The business has NOT responded to my return request per the promise on their website.

    Placed order on 03/13/2024 for product.

    When order arrived there was a key missing cord missing from the shipment.

    My first email was 03/25/2024 informing there customer service that cord was missing and product is useless without the cord. Went back and worth for a while and it is now jun 1st and still no resolution or replacement cable sent to me.
