Good morning I'm reaching out you because the owner of State Security Check cashing did something illegal and a illegal transaction with a minor. On May 27th my son went their to cash he check from his job while walking in he approached by an older guy who was standing in the parking lot, the older guy asked my son could he cash it and the transaction was approved. Less then a week later myself, my daughter and my son are getting threatening messages and letters in the mail from this company. The owner wasn't supposed to cash my son without my daughter or another adult with him because he didn't have an ID, the other guy check he definitely wasn't supposed to cash it neither. Once I seen my son was taking to long in the business and that's when my 15 year old told me what happened. The transaction should be on the camera. I tried calling to speak with the owner to see why he would let an transaction like this go on with a 15 year he got rude and hung up. The owner is trying to press charges on my son or payment on $990. I wanted to know how or what can I do in a situation like this. In the letter that he sent he stated it happened on May ******* when it didn't it happened on May ******* I sent in the screenshot of text message when I told my son stop talking to people and come on.
