    In April, a guy from this company approached me by telemarketing stating that this company would boost my company in ****** search and have my listing reaching the top of search engines so I could get more leads in the market. He was very persuasive and kept calling me saying that if I didn't like to I could cancel after a month try and asked me to send money to his **** account $300.00. After his endless calls and texts, I decided to try for a month. He said he would also post weekly on my social media as well. He asked me to grant him access to my ****** listing so he can manage it so I did. At that time I had 5 5 stars reviews on my listing. Time passed and by the end of April, I didn't get any single phone call, asking about my service or anyone trying to make an appointment. I called him but he kept saying wait. At the end of May, I still didn't see any customer coming in or asking for my service so I decided to stop. The company insisted that I continue with them and pay them money and kept calling me and texting me. I was angry at the end and said I did not want to and hung up the phone. He then went into my ****** listing, changed my company name to something irrelevant, and deleted all my ****** reviews that I worked so hard to earn. My ****** listing is not popping in the search engine and I have no 5-star reviews. I reported this company to police and I have not heard anything yet from them either. I had to create another ****** listing starting fresh but I need to have those customer reviews back to my listing. How can they just do that?

    Hi There, hope you are fine. The client signed up for the marketing services with ******************* on April 18th and I explained the client briefly regarding the services that you signed up for the organic ************* and it takes some time to get you the rankings and results and the client agreed. Moreover, I tried contacting the client in the month of May but she stopped responding and I requested her to make the monthly payment on May 29th. She said I didn't get anything so I explained her that in the very first month we got the rankings on ****** first page and also we received 9 calls which are showing up on her ****** account but she denied so I shared the screenshots of the company's ranking and also of the monthly stats showing up on ****** which clearly shows that client received the rankings, 9 calls, 126 total interactions, 64 direction requests, 53 website clicks as well. Moreover, I did the website changes for the client without any additional charges. The client refused to make the monthly payment after getting the services for the whole month without any reason and then she blocked my number. I tried to contact the client multiple times but she never responded again. I am attaching the screenshots of the whole conversation and also the monthly stats and rankings screenshot which client is denying. I need to file a dispute against the client as well as she owe me $300 and on top she is blaming me for the ****** listing suspension which I don't even have any idea because I removed myself from her ****** listing once she stopped responding. Let me know if you need to know anything else or if you need any more evidences and also I need to get my service charge which she refused to pay after getting the service. I stopped working on her ****** profile on 20th June without any charges.

    I am rejecting this response because:  In the beginning, the guy kept calling me on my cell phone and asking to earn my business.  He said just try one month  and told me there is no contract and I can stop anytime and which I did.  During the month of service, I didnt get any client phone call and and some phone calls that I got was people asking for other business or other person which I dont have any clue. so after a month try, I didnt want to try anymore but the guy kept calling me for more money on my cell so I told him i dont want to try anymore.  He then ask me that I owe him the money and I said I dont.  Right after that phone call, I was notified that he suspended my ****** profile account, which I worked hard to collect some customers' reviews.  He intentionally changed my ****** profile to Essential Tyre shop with the address in **********, which ****** noted that it is unrelated to my business and it suspended.  I tried to fix this issue and change name back to Essential injectable but it is not working. He will need to fix this issue to bring back my ****** profile.  ********** was gone in the internet search world and I didn't know how to fix this so then I created another ****** profile.  

    I did tried his company for a month just like he asked me to and I dont want to use that company anymore so No I dont' owe any money.  Currently, I am using other company with much lower rate and better results .

    We reject this accusation of changing her ****** Business Profile. As you can see in the evidence we shared, she never asked us to stop working on her profile. Instead, when she was not able to make the payment, she started asking us to work on her profile for free. We told her that its not a charity organization. We also have to invest the money on her business to get her rankings on ******. We still offered her a discount of $100 for a month. But she did not pay us anything. We worked on her profile till 10th June, 2024. And when she stopped responding to our calls and texts, we stopped the work and removed ourselves from the managerial access that she gave us. And based on what she wrote in the complaint, she signed up with another company and gave them the access, so how can we make the changes on her profile? 

    She also asked us to make changes on her website, which we did. But she never even paid us for that too. If we wanted to get revenge on her, the best way would be to block her website, as we had the credentials as well but being a reputable company, we never do such things with our clients. We can understand what she is going through but blaming us for someone else's action can not be justified. 

    In her complaint, she also mentioned she DID get calls. which means we did our work, we delivered what we promised but she never paid us for the work we did on her profile. 

    To cut the long story short, We never messed up her ****** Profile, as we left the managerial access wayy before this happened. So she needs to figure out who made the changes to her profile herself. If she thinks we made the changes then ask her to show us a proof, just as we did. Secondly, As you can see in the evidence we shared, that she never asked us to stop working on her profile. Instead she wanted us to give her a free month and we clearly told her that we also have to invest on your profile to get you ranking on ****** so we will give you $100 discount for this month. But still we did not get paid. So we need her to clear the pending balance of $200 that she owes us. 

    If she wants us to fix her ****** profile, she needs to clear her pending balance of $200 and pay us the GBP reinstatement fee of $100 and we will do it for her. Or she can ask the company that she is currently working with to get it fixed with much lower rate and better results.

    I am rejecting this response because: I mannually removed you from my ****** profile.  You did not removed yourself.  I did removed you after a couple weeks later after I figured out how to remove you.  I didnt know how to do that in the beginning.  You did something to my ****** profile. You are the only one who had access to change it so dont excuse yourself.  Your work didnt' bring any customer and I am not happy therefore I am not doing business with you.  Looks like you are new starting business but you cannot treat customers like this.  Like I said in the beginning  and I also had text with you that I was gonna try for one month So, I did tried and I didnt like so I stopped.  Looks like you dont want to resolve this matter!
