    I have emailed them so many times and they will not respond. I have yet to receive my necklace ordered on February 27th of this year and I ordered some earrings that I can't even wear the clasp does not close, the silver is dull and my letters are low caps. I am not happy with my item and I feel like they took my money and ran off on me. The are scamming us taking ourmoney and sending whatever they want. I ordered size 50 earrings they send me 30 in size In not happy at all

    I ordered from Beauty of the Belle and received the wrong items. Despite their 2-day response policy, it took approximately 13 days for customer service to reply. They claimed they sent a gift card via email so I could reorder, but it never arrived, and I still haven’t received a refund. Communication has been poor, leaving me feeling *******.
