      I had a critical eye concern during the year of 2021. A representative from American Best referred me to the clinic.
      Scheduling has been an issue due to the days of availability of the provider, prior to the arrival of the new provider Bhandari MD, Sanjeeb at the Glen Burnie office. On an occasion, I arrived to the office and the office was closed due to poor communication and scheduling error. I have seen the new provider since last year. My concern is that, I do not feel like I am being heard. I have been prescribed a medication for ulcers in my eyes and I keep explaining that its painful, so I am non-compliant with the regimen.
      I was exposed to direct contact to gas June 2023 and needed documentation to be submitted to my place of employment for accommodations of limiting driving due to sensitivity to light and etc. I left the document with the provider and front end staff and the documentation was not submitted.
      The front desk female notified me of a 10.00 balance and I was under the impression that I paid in cash for the prior balance, but learned the payment was applied to the recent visit. My credit score was affected with a delinquent status.
      On 1/3/2024, I reluctantly returned to the office due to location/convenience. My eye condition has worsen. I asked for a different type of medication. Lack of communication, two prescriptions were submitted to the nearby CVS: one being the same painful one. I plan to return at a later date, why.... due to the convenience. I will do my best to try to take medication as prescribed.

      I've been coming to Omni for about 15 years. I went to Rosedale and it was great. I went to the one in Dundalk because I need to glasses. I went numerous times to get glasses but the glasses person wasn't there when they said they would be. Now my prescription expired so I had to get an eye exam. Now saying they don't take my insurance. They've taken it for 15 years including last year. The main problem for me is they didn't tell me until I was there for my appointment. I don't live close.
