    My SUV vehicle got severely damaged by the car wash equipment on Thursday 1/16/2025 around 4:30 pm. The issue was a machine malfunction that scraped through the drivers side of my vehicle causing severe damage to the side mirror, the front wheel, gashed and dislodged the bumper, which will have to be replaced. I immediately reported the issue to the gentleman on duty in the store and I was told that the manager was not there and I would need to return the following day. I returned and spoke with the manager today 1/17/25 who basically dismissed my complaint and refused to file an incident report, to come out to see the damage or provide me any information on how his business would help address the problem. When asked for his name, all I was told was **** He showed absolutely no concern, stating it was my fault and theres nothing he can do. I told him the machine malfunctioned by beginning to work without sensing or giving any warning that the vehicle was not properly positioned. The manager showed absolutely no regard to assist in resolving the issue.

    On the 25th of April. I stopped at this gas station. Once I purchased my gas for ***** the merchant refused to give me gas. I showed the merchant on my Cashapp where and when it paid for my ***** purchase of gas and the merchant still refused to give me gas. I did contact police who said that I could report this to the courts and/or business bureau. I still have not received my ***** refund and my card holder services stated that this merchant has placed a hold on my card and refuses to take it off even after I did not get gas service from them on the 25th of April which was this pass Saturday. This business has did this to plenty of customers and it should be closed down.
