      They advertise free drying wen washing but they charge me every time I come and wash clothes this is ridiculous I been coming alittle over 6months

      Like always my husband and I scheduled a pick up for 4 comforters last Saturday (4/1/23), the company missed the time dealed and changed the pick up for Monday (4/3/23). On Wednesday we received only 1 of the 3 comforters sent and other comforters isn’t our (from other client that have a comforter missed for sure)! We have 3 comforters missed with this people, we already called SO MANY times and sent pics of the fabrics and NOBODY called us back! In addition, the only one comforter we received are full of stains!!! Terrible service! Zero commitment with costumers, zero responsability.

      Laundry picked up 2 large bags of my laundry the week before Christmas and they were supposed to return it before Christmas. I have called 15 times to request my laundry be returned or I be reimbursed. I have filed complaints and been assured someone in leadership (a manager) would call me back. I have not ever been called back.

      Laundry City Reps lost my mom clothes, they won't communicate with me on the phone. I went to the Moravia building and the Rep said it's under investigation. I requested a refund and shé refused. I want the news report to see this. Laundry City needs to close down.

      The store picked up my laundry significantly earlier than selected time. Must have been the only time that they could solicit the services of their subcontracted driver, so had to scramble to get **** ready for that. They tried to pick up earlier, yes, but I let them know I selected the time I did because I needed to get my things ready. So, it's well b4 for the weekend and I know they might be busy just trying to get it all in b4 hand, to honor turnaround times. 2 days later after early, inconvenient pickup, on the selected delivery day before 9 am, I receive a call informing of my bill, it is AT LEAST 3 times higher than the last time I utilized this service - I acknowledge a slight increase in the weight being pickup/dropped off, as I am definitely warranting an increase in cost but certainly not 3x the expense, and am informed that they have increased their rates by 49% - from $1.00 per/lb to $1.49 per/lb. They already have my clothes, so I got to pay. Whatever. Payment's processed and am advised that I have to wait for expected delivery time - which was selected 4 THAT DAY, selected when I signed up for them and enrolled my prepaid info. Nothing. Nothing the next day, not even a call. On this third day, without a call from them, I gave it a bit because of weekend backlog but I'm out of underwear and starting a new job so I need my ****. Calling one # leads to another # where a supervisor is busy and will need to call me back to DISCUSS MY DROPOFF, already 3 days late! w/o any discussion of refund or concessions - which are received on the other end as almost 3rd language and needing the review of a more informed superior, which the supervisor never is. I'm black in Baltimore City, from NYC, so obvs used to these sorts of services and their ebbs and flows but I'm spending $. Their **** is terrible, competency on the phone way less than that (I wasn't hyped). Feeling it's reflective of Bmore City, where it seems, every1 gave up and noticed lack from giving my zip
