    i recently ordered o truck from u haul for 29.99 with the total of 59.99 including insurance my ride was not that far how ever i was faulsly accused of leaving a cup in the cup holder and charged a 25 dollar clean up charge i never drank any thing and no trash was left in the truck i returned to the store for proof guess what the clerk told me oh just file a complaint “we do that all the time” what do what “charge for a clean up fee” well i said what did you clean up can i see proff she responded “ we don’t have proof “ just file a dispute on line well now u haul is charged me a 30 dollar late fee and they have no way of showing me what i left in the truck i honestly think this is a ****
