      I purchased a power mixer for $300 from the website/company musysic.com on September 14, 2021, and 10 months later the power mixer stopped working. There was a 1-year warranty placed on it and I messaged the company through their chat feature because they never answer their phone. They stated that refunds weren't eligible but the warranty covers repair. They told me I needed to ship back the item but they didn't cover the shipping costs so I paid $80 shipping through ups to have it sent back to them on July 19, 2022. I asked them 6 days later if they received the item once I saw that the package had been delivered to them and they stated that they got the package and it's being repaired and that they will follow up once it's fixed and getting sent back. I messaged them again on August 8, 2022, to follow up on any updates but they never responded. I messaged them again 5 days later, but still nothing. Their phone number keeps going to voicemail and keeps saying their mailbox is full. I've read other complaints on them and other customers have experienced the same customer service.
