    Fantastic service!!!! The products as well as the customer service are quality. After ********************** were installed an inquiry about damage to our foundation was looked into by this business. They came out the day after requesting the review. They sure eyes the damage and determined it was not due to their steps installation.Very impressed with the great customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. I will do business with them again.

    I gave The Step Guys a deposit back in Dec. 2023 for a new set of steps. Known as Nicmar Ind. Shortly after I received a notice of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Then, shortly after my wife took very ill from cancer, I had to change my mind regarding the steps. I called them to try to get my deposit back. It was tied up in litigation. In April 2024 the case was dismissed and a new company bought them. Weed Precast operating from same location. I have spoken to them regarding my situation and the loss of my wife and need the deposit of $1750 refunded. I still haven't had any resolution regarding this issue.
