    True Comfort HVAC Horrible.... Never use True Comfort unless you want to get ripped off.Paid the equipment upfront Spring of 2023. ******************* kept telling me it was on backorder when I would follow up with him. I was patient, realizing that it could be related to the supply chain issues. The order was finally reimbursed to True Comfort in December 2023 because the order could not be filled. Rheem discontinued the product ordered. I learned from the supply house that True Comfort was credited the refund in December of 2023. Trying to work with True Comfort to get my refund for product and services paid for but NOT received. That went south quicky when I asked for my money back. I will now have to take True Comfort to Court to get my money back.Do yourself a favor and pass True Comfort . Will become truly uncomfortable!
