    I wouldn't recommend this company to a fly. The owner never returns calls, doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, says he will be there and doesn't show up. This is not written after 1 experience. This is both personal (my own home with 2 major issues and a half dozen small issues) and also within my business. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. These guys are a complete joke and not worth the aggravation.

    Brochu Plumbing & Sprinklers strives to correct any and all issues brought to our attention within our warranty time period. We were not contracted by the homeowner as implied but by a contractor whom we no longer due business with for a variety of reasons. BPS try's to fit all repeat customers into our schedule within 2 weeks. We apologize to all that we can not serves, and always encourage follow-up calls or emails.

    If you are in need of a plumber, don't bother with this business. I live out of state and have a seasonal residence in *****. I was looking for a plumber for a small job. **** Brochu came out to look at the job twice and quoted a price, which I agreed to. I waited from June until November for the work to be done. Unfortunately, the park closed for the season and the work was never started. I patiently waited as the months went by and called frequently throughout the season to get an update on a timeline and no calls were ever returned. It's disappointing that a supposedly respected business can't be bothered to follow up with customers and update them.

    Wonderful service, so glad I called. I called after one of the coldest weekends on record with many people and businesses experiencing burst pipes. The first plumber I called said he was booked solid all week. **** Brochu was here within an hour or two and had the burst section of pipe replaced in a about 10 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to call them again in the future or to recommend to friends and family.

    ************** Had them over 3 times and the experience was awesome each time. The crews we're clear on our options and completed the service in a timely fashion. Not a cold experience but a warm personal customer focused approach. The owner, office staff and service technicians all have a team commitment that will make them your first and only call. P.S. I called 5 plumbing suppliers and 3 referred me to Brochu Plumbing ******, *****. Thanks again for all your help.
