    We've had an unfortunate experience with Spotted Horse Tack. Firstly, they really should not be calling themselves a Tack Shop... it's more like a garage sale for *some* Equine items and Rodeo Glamour show stuff. You can't find gear for your young rider to train with (riding pants, jackets etc are all for show at this business).It's my fault for not going into the shop before buying gift certificates for my 2 teenagers for Christmas. Unfortunately, only when we went to go redeem the certificates (1 week later) did it occur to us how limited the Tack selection was here. I spoke multiple times to ******* regarding our disappointment, who stated that inventory was down since it was the end of the year. I disagree as there was no room for inventory to be added to the area at all, and many items had dust on them from sitting there so long.We've asked for a refund on the gift certificates in light of the new-to-us information and we were denied. I've pleaded with ******* to reconsider given the circumstances and she has not budged. It's really unfortunate that she would not even propose a solution to the issue and simply sidestep any responsibility in the matter.Buyer beware - do your due diligence!!
