    Recently I got laminate flooring done by ACS. Installers [******* and ****] were not professionals and they didn't know how to do the work . After they removed the carpet from the cement floor, they had to level a part of the area[200 sq ft] which they did by mixing cement with an excess amount of water without sealing the cracks on the floor and as a result, dirty cement mixed water leaked through the crack into my neighbor's unit down below . Poor neighbor had to clean up the mess that evening with the help of a contractor . Also the installers did not cover the floors and the porch for cutting the laminates .After they finished their work , they did not clean the floor properly and as a result the porch and the laminate planks had white stains .When asked to replace the planks , installers started talking a deal about fixing it without the knowledge of ACS and they said they would charge me $500 dollars.Also they were insisting they want to help me in the future for any work directly without notifying ACS . I never had such a bad experience before .
