      10-05-24 I purchased a new gmc pickup. Shortly after I got a wire burning smell while driving. The smell is intermittent. I have made appointments with the dealership on several occasions hoping they could find the problem with no results and the dashboard radio and gps will freeze up or go blank. This has been going on for 3 months now. ** called me today saying that there was nothing they can do. For the amount of money that I paid for this truck I expected better results from the dealership and **. Thanks ****

      Good day. 

      We have been working with ********* for many months now. We have inspected his vehicle and done multiple test drives in an attempt to correct the issue he has advised us he is having.We have not been able to replicate the issue. 

      We have again advised him to come in when he is having the issue so we may hopefully be able to see it and correct it. 

      We have also advised Mr. ****** that we would be willing to try and swap him out of his current vehicle but that it would be very difficult and we may not be successful as ************** has denied his claim with them. 

      At this point unless Mr. ****** has the issue again, in which case he needs to bring the vehicle in to **, or he wishes for us to try and swap out his vehicle for another, there is nothing further we can do. 

      We will not be providing him a refund of his vehicle.

      I purchased a car through Lee Credit Express and have nothing but problems with this vehicle since. The car has been in the shop 5 times in the past year. They lied to me about the problem with the car leaking oil, I have a 5 year car loan with this vehicle and I'm unable to drive it the whole engine needs to be rebuilt. They refuse to help me

      Good day. 

       

      Here is a summary of what has transpired with *****. 

       

      She bought the vehicle in April of 22 with 118k. In October of 2022, she got it towed in for a no start and check engine light concern with 129k miles. *** vehicle was out of gas, so we put gas in it and started right up. It did have a check engine light so we looked at it and recommended spark plugs, check for leaks and didnt find any, so we added oil dye and suggested that we start an oil consumption test and return for ** to check the results and check for leaks again. Unfortunately she never came back and we hadnt heard from her again until the BBB complaint.

      We have made contact with the customer and offered to bring her vehicle back to ** and start a claim with her service contract company. We have currently reached out to her today to finalize details of getting her vehicle back to **.
