      In February 2024, we arranged a site visit for a generator installation, with ******* from the company visiting our property. Unfortunately, during her visit, ******* didn't take any measurements and suggested placing the generator near the garage without considering federal guidelines for its placement. Subsequently, when we attempted to install a second propane tank as instructed, we discovered that the proposed location didn't meet the required distance of 10 feet from the existing tank.This oversight led to frustration and disappointment, especially as CN Brown, the gas company involved, expressed disbelief at the suggested placement. To resolve the issue, we were left with no choice but to relocate all three propane tanks, incurring an unexpected expense of $5,000.In an effort to address the situation and discuss potential accommodations due to the added costs, I reached out to *****, the customer service manager at ESM. However, despite our concerns, ***** expressed little willingness to accommodate us and even suggested that our relationship might not proceed positively.After waiting patiently for six months for our appointment, we were dismayed to be informed that the company would no longer be proceeding with the installation due to their initial error. This experience has left us deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by the company.
